1. Personal Information Collection Scope and Purpose
1.1 Scope:

Information that cannot identify a specific individual or reflect their activities does not qualify as personal information.

- To verify compliance with legal driving age requirements.
- Phone Number:
- For account creation and SMS verification during login.

- Solely for sending notifications (e.g., overdue payments, time limits, order details).
- Bank Card Information:
- Only the last 4 digits are stored for in-app display, allowing users to distinguish between cards.

3. Location Information Collection Scope and Purpose
3.1 Scope:
General and precise location data of users or devices.
3.2 Purpose:
- To verify whether users are within designated operational zones for vehicle rentals.
- To display real-time user location and direction on Google Maps for navigation to rental/return zones.
4. Photo Collection Scope and Purpose
4.1 Scope:
Photos taken in real-time or selected from the gallery for:
- "Device Repair Requests"
- "User Registration"
- "Order Completion"
4.2 Purpose:
- Device Repair:
- To assess vehicle damage or malfunctions.
- User Registration:
- Submission of driver's license and insurance card photos for verification.
- Order Completion:
- Submission of vehicle photos (front/back 45-degree angles) to check for damage.
5. Third-Party SDK Information Collection Scope and Purpose
5.1 Scope:
SDKs are provided by third parties. We are only aware of the permissions they request. These third parties may collect your information, which we cannot access unless explicitly disclosed.
5.2 Purpose:
For Android users, we integrate the following SDKs:
- Stripe Android SDK
- Purpose: Payment processing for rentals.
- Permission: READ_PHONE_STATE (access to device IMEI, network status, call state, and registered phone accounts).
